wow this is pretty good. The only thing i would change is to make his hair a lot thicker. i saw him at ozzfest and his hair is like a mop lol. But good job.

I think you did an excellent job with his hair, and arms, but I think his face lacks some of Rob's character expression, maybe if you added more dimension in the face through shading...

The hair looks very good, and the body proportions are all rather well done, except I think the head is a little small. The legs also appear to be a little on the small side. If you compare his forward leg to his arm it becomes fairly evident.
His right elbow is a little low and too far forward. Right now it looks like his right arm must be about 8 inches longer than his left.
I think you overdid the irises in the eyes, they are too dark for the picture. The rest of the face is pretty well balanced, but it is rather featureless. As another commentator said, it could use some shading to give it more depth.
the folds in the clothes can be very hard to do, and you did a good job with them.
